VISIBILITY LAB
A reticle that stands out on black can blend into a pale wall. These illustrations show two contrast examples; use the editor's background controls to compare your own design. The enlarged browser preview is a simulation, so check the final size and visibility in VALORANT too.
Try cyan against a pale background. If your crosshair becomes difficult to see, compare a darker color or enable outlines before increasing the line thickness.
Compare white against a dark background, then switch back to a bright scene. Choose a color you can still locate when the background changes, not just one that looks good in a single preview.
HOW TO IMPORT
Once you finish in the VALORANT crosshair generator, copy the code and import it in the game. Import into editor only loads a profile on this website; it does not update your game settings.
Select Copy code above to copy the complete profile string. If copying is blocked by your browser, select the code and copy it manually.
In VALORANT, open Settings, choose Crosshair, then select the Import Profile Code icon beside the current profile.
Paste the full code, select Import, and give the profile a recognizable name. Check the in-game preview, then try it in the Practice Range before making further adjustments.
SETTINGS EXPLAINED
Length changes how far each arm extends; thickness changes its width. Start with short inner lines, then adjust one setting at a time. Use Linked for equal horizontal and vertical lengths, or Independent to change them separately.
Offset moves the lines away from the center without changing their length. Increase it to open a gap around your target. For a dot crosshair, enable Center dot and switch off both inner and outer lines, then adjust the dot's thickness.
Enable Outlines to add a border around the reticle. Thickness sets the border's width; opacity controls how solid it looks. Compare the result on light and dark backgrounds, keeping enough contrast without covering more of the target than you need.
FAQ
A truncated code, missing value, or extra separator can prevent an import. Paste the complete profile into the editor to check it; errors include a location and a suggested correction. Use the exported code without surrounding text when importing into VALORANT. Passing the editor's checks does not guarantee acceptance by every game client.
Use the code where your VALORANT client provides Import Profile Code. If that control is unavailable, use the editor's displayed values as a reference and recreate the settings your client supports. This crosshair maker is not an in-game overlay and does not connect to your Riot account.
Yes. Editing, importing, previewing, and copying codes are free and do not require sign-up. The latest profile is saved in this browser when local storage is available. Clearing site data can remove it, so copy the code into your own notes if you want a backup or need it on another device.
Not necessarily. The preview is enlarged to make small edits visible, and its Moving and Firing states illustrate error settings rather than reproduce a live match. Import your profile and check it at your usual game resolution. Use the browser preview to compare designs, then judge the final result in-game.
